INFIDELITY/DOMESTIC SURVEILLANCE

When you decide to hire a Professional Private Investigator for surveillance purposes, there are certain circumstances that you the client must be aware of at the onset of the investigation.  There is no way to predict how long the  surveillance will take to obtain the results you need or what the final cost will be.  Although some subjects are easy to follow, others may require more technique on behalf of the investigator which usually increases time and expenses.  Many times two or more investigators are required.  The client should be prepared to spend more and if you spend less, you'll be ahead.  A good rule  to gauge this is simply "spend it now or spend it later".  Performing covert surveillance of a persons' activities and movement is expensive and time consuming.  Investigators do not have a crystal ball and there are no guarantees for a successful surveillance. We can't make a subject do something, and we don't fabricate evidence.  On the other hand, if we aren't on the assignment, we can't deliver the results you desire when the subject commits acts of infidelity or adultery.

TIME, OPPORTUNITY and INCLINATION

When conducting surveillance on an infidelity case, we attempt to capture the criteria set forth by most courts.  Each of these are examined individually and jointly.  Opportunity is when the subjects are alone together.  It may be in a house, an apartment, an office, hotel room, or a vehicle parked down a secluded path or parking lot, any number of places where they would feel least likely to be caught or discovered or interrupted.etc.  Time is having enough  time during the opportunity.  Most courts will agree that 15 minutes is enough time during the opportunity stage.  Inclination is any type of public display such as; hugging, kissing, showing affection to each other, sexually expressive interaction, fondling, etc.

Once these three criteria are obtained, the evidence is there. In some instances all three can be achieved at the same time.  Most attorneys require more than one occasions to be documented.

Surveillance should be performed by a licensed professional. Many times investigators start a new surveillance case and discover that the client has attempted to surveil the subject themselves or by engaging the help of friends and neighbors.  Most cheaters are aware of their surroundings are cautious and observant for the simple fact they don't want to be discovered.  Unusual or added attention puts the subject on guard.  If you have suspicions it is best to consult with a private investigator first and develop a plan. Modern surveillance equipment such as real time GPS tracking devices are currently in use across the nation and are available to the client as an investigative tool.

SEMEN DETECTION

We also offer testing for detection of semen stains on articles of clothing, as well as a DNA profile of the stain for elimination purposes.  These tests are fairly inexpensive and can provide a starting point for infidelity investigations.  Tests can be used for either male or female.

TEEN CHECK/SURVEILLANCE
